CRP Wholesale Purchasing
Policy
Retail bookstores, wholesale
distributors and other resellers are welcome to order
trade paperback copies of CRP titles at wholesale
prices. We thank you for giving our books valuable shelf
space in your store, warehouse, or website.
To place a wholesale order, you must
first become a vendor of record with CRP. Please fill
out the Vendor Application and fax to: 508-297-3628.
Once we receive your application, you can place orders
for CRP titles.
Here is our ordering
policy:
Wholesale orders receive a 35% discount
off the standard retail price of the trade paperback.
The trade paperback retail price is listed at our
website, www.charlesriverpress.com Shipping is free
within the United States. Shipping rates for non-US
orders are determined on an individual basis
We require prepayment for all orders,
and accept credit card payments, PayPal, company check,
or money order.
Orders are shipped within ten
(10) days of the confirmed order.
CRP books are returnable up to 60 days
after the publisher’s invoice date. Returns must be
accompanied by your packing slip listing quantity,
title, author, original invoice number, and invoice
date. Books returned with this information will receive
a credit of 80% of the invoice price. The vendor is
responsible for shipping costs. Books should be returned
to PO Box 1122, Mansfield, MA 02048.
To qualify for a refund, books must
arrive at CRP in good, resalable condition. If they are
not resalable, please do not bother to return them.
In packaging books for return, they
should be kept clean and immobilized. We recommend
stacking books in a plastic bag and using Styrofoam
“peanuts” to cushion the books. Books shipped loose in
oversized “jiffy” bags arrive in damaged condition and
will not be accepted.
For any approved
and accepted returns, a Credit Memo will be issued to
the vendor good for any future orders. |
